Audio books were distributed to the visually impaired people on 8th April, 2013 at Rastriya Mahila Aayog Hall, Bhadrakali by National Human Rights Protection Forum for the Disabled, Nepal with the support of Help Nepal Network and Women, Children and Society Welfare Department with the motto “We ensure right to read”.
